Two Bills Drive

‘Bills defensive end Marcellus Wiley, an unrestricted free agent, has made mention of his fondness for former general manager John Butler, who has since taken the position in San Diego. Although Butler refuses to comment on Wiley because he remains employed by the Bills, it’s pretty clear he could be pursued by the Chargers once the free-agent season opens.’

‘Joel Buchsbaum: Donahoe apparently wants Capers to be his head coach, but there could be a problem with the African-American players, who, if there’s a defensive coach hired, they want it to be Ted Cottrell. Cottrell interviewed with the new Houston franchise this week.’

‘The Buffalo Bills will be back on WGRF-FM 97 Rock through the 2004 season.’
