Gilbride begins task of revamping Bills offense

‘In outlining his plans, Gilbride refused to commit to starting quarterback Rob Johnson, whose future in Buffalo is in limbo. "That’s an organizational decision. And I’m sure they’ll ask me my opinion later on down the road," said Gilbride, who coached Johnson when the two were with the Jacksonville Jaguars in the mid-1990s. "Whatever way we go, we’ll be excited about coaching the guys that are here."’

Gilbride Press Conference

Gilbride on RJ: “The thing that I know about Rob is that when we had in Jacksonville I thought he was a very talented player, a guy who loved the game, loved to prepare. He did all the things we asked him to do. I thought he had a very bright future ahead of him and I think he still does.”

Hunter is doing a bit better but still sick

Thank you for your caring, concern and all the prayers for Hunter. He is a bit better, but still in serious condition. We are all amazed at the continued strength of our little buddy, and he is surrounded by the love of his mommy, daddy, sisters, and grandparents – along with many other family members and friends.

Please continue your prayers for him, to pray for the families who have lost their children, for beautiful CJ’s life, and for all our children who are sick.

God Bless. Jill

NOTE: The Krabbes message board is NOT a Bills forum and please leave any messages related to HUNTER not to Bills Football or Jim Kelly

Donahoe's Bills will Contend in 2002 or 2003

Donahoe, incidentally, was the one NFL executive who went out on a limb and said the Patriots were a dangerous team and picked them to win. If you ask me, it’s Donahoe’s Buffalo Bills who might be the most surprising team in the NFL in 2002. If not this fall, then certainly by 2003 will Donahoe and his old buddy Tom Modrak have that club turned into a contender.
