‘Around July 10, the transformation of the sedate, private college into Billsville begins in earnest. Festival tents for vendors and corporate sponsors will take shape in the parking lots adjacent to the Fisher football stadium. Fencing to direct crowds, which could number 12,000 fans a day, will be erected. Portable restrooms, baby changing stations, shade areas and medical emergency posts are among other details germane to creating the fan-friendly camp. In addition, 70 training camp jobs earmarked for Fisher student-athletes must be assigned and the people trained. On July 17, the college plans a dress rehearsal.’
