One of my fellow Backers organizers here attended the uniform unveiling ceremony and took some photos. I’ve posted them on our website. Enjoy.

Consider life without pro teams
‘For the True Believers, "wide right" and "no goal" are not yesterday’s sports news. They remain viable, current topics. Few days in the lives of True Believers have been darker than those days. And the "greatest comeback"? It continues to send spasms of pleasure along their spines. Plenty of people have videos of the game and regularly watch it.’

Saints shopping for backup back
‘The club has discussed a deal for Buffalo’s Shawn Bryson, a talented young reserve who is expendable in a backfield that includes 2001 second-round pick Travis Henry, free agent Richard Huntley and 2000 fifth-round pick Sammy Morris. The asking price for Bryson is believed to be a third-round draft pick.’
Bledsoe is feeling born again in Buffalo
‘A younger Bledsoe had to play against Kelly, Thomas, Smith, Andre Reed, and other mainstays on Buffalo’s four Super Bowl teams. They were like idols to him in a way. “I know a lot of those guys,” Bledsoe said. “Jim Kelly is still a huge presence in Buffalo, and I’ve seen him quite a bit. We played golf a couple of times. I just hope we can get back to that level of dominance and we can take it one step farther than that last step that they were fortunate enough to make.”‘
Corey Moore cut from Dolphins
Former Buffalo Bills draft pick Corey Moore was cut because "Moore also showed no instincts on special teams". Moore was a Bills project at LB after playing as an undersized DE in college.
Bills come to Frontier
Five players (Josh Reed, Josh Bannan, Kevin Thomas, Mike Pucillo and Rodney Wright) chosen in the Buffalo Bills 2002 draft will be at Frontier Field on Tuesday, taking batting practice prior to the Red Wings’ game against the Columbus Clippers and signing autographs.
High Expectations For Tyrone Robertson
"Hundred percent," Robertson said when asked how much more comfortable he was this year compared to his rookie season. "I say that with full confidence in myself. One hundred percent change, attitude, focus, responsibility, every aspect. I’ve changed a little bit in every area and gotten better which makes me a better football player.
Kelly carries son's hope to Hall of Fame
‘But the most special moment will occur Aug. 3 in Canton, Ohio, when Jim is inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame. Hundreds of relatives and friends will be on hand. Jim prays daily that Hunter will be healthy enough to be among them.’
Moulds ends relationship with MuscleTech
WR Eric Moulds has stopped endorsing a bodybuilding supplement, a deal that was in violation of NFL policy, according to his agent.
Frankfurt Galaxy At Berlin Thunder - 7-27 loss for Galaxy
Curtis Alexander only had 12 rushes for 49 yards and 4 catches for 23 yards in a Galaxy loss to the Fire. Galaxy has not been the same since it lost its starting QB. Elsewhere David Dinkins did not play in meaningless game in which Admirals triumphed over World Bowl bound Fire.
Moulds ends deal with supplement company
‘"It was just easier to stop (the endorsement deal)," said Moulds’ agent, Harry Henderson. "Rules are rules and this has become, essentially, a condition of employment. So, really, a player doesn’t have any choice."’
Moulds finished endorsing supplement
‘Moulds’ endorsement of NITRO-Tech, a natural protein supplement that’s free of any substances banned by the NFL, was not the issue. The league was concerned about the supplement’s manufacturer, MuscleTech Research and Development Inc., which also makes products that contain banned substances.’

2002 Buffalo Bills Cheerleaders Selected
Good to see so many returning faces though I must admit there were a few that didn’t make the squad that I wish had.
Over 100 young ladies performed an initial dance routine before a panel of judges. The group was then narrowed to 70 finalists, which all went through a brief interview before the 45 women were selected to become members of the 2002 Buffalo Jills.
Moulds relinquishes endorsement ties
‘Moulds had been a spokesperson for MuscleTech Research and Development, Inc., of Mississauga, Ontario, since his 1996 rookie season. He had specifically been promoting an all-natural protein supplement called NITRO-Tech. However, the company also makes other products containing banned substances by the NFL such as ephedra, a controversial stimulant used for weight loss and energy gain, and Androstenediol, an anabolic steroid.’
#3 Offseason - Buffalo Bills
The Bills bit the bullet last year, stunk up the division and seemed like they were destined to join the ranks of their football friendlies a short drive north in Canada. But a funny thing happened on the way to the CFL — they got pretty darn good and cut loose a lot of dead weight.
Let’s see who’s laughing at the Bills this year
