BillsVet Posted October 28, 2009 Posted October 28, 2009 Is Donte the new player personnel person for the Bills? PTR Actually he is. Donte's from the school that you don't win in the trenches, but with small fast players who are dinged up by Week 3. Draft them high and sign as many of them as you can.
billsfreak Posted October 28, 2009 Posted October 28, 2009 Donte should text this to Russ. This is how Trent let him know he wanted TO. And the rest is history. If you really think that the Bills signed T.O. because Edwards said he wanted him, I have a used car I will sell you.
JohnC Posted October 28, 2009 Posted October 28, 2009 Ted Ginn has hands of stone. Why would we want him? Ted Ginn is a track person disguised as a football player. If football was played on an oval track field then Ginn might be a credible player. As a football receiver he is out of his element. I see chubby Bill Parcells scheming to get anything for him. Saban was a miserable failure as an executive and HC for the Dolphins. The drafting of Ted Ginn with a first round pick is a good example why he is coaching in the college ranks.
nucci Posted October 28, 2009 Posted October 28, 2009 http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2009/...inn-to-buffalo/ With our QBs... I say no but it would be interesting w/ him in our offense next year Interesting how? Have you seen him play? He is awful!!
Tunis69 Posted October 28, 2009 Posted October 28, 2009 http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2009/...inn-to-buffalo/ With our QBs... I say no but it would be interesting w/ him in our offense next year A couple of Ohio State alums sticking together. Don't read more into it than is really there....
Jerry Jabber Posted October 28, 2009 Posted October 28, 2009 Is Donte the new player personnel person for the Bills? PTR Nothing against him personally, but IMO we should have drafted Ngata instead of him. Whitner is a hard hitter and a leader on the team, but Byrd & Wilson look awesome in the secondary. We should trade Whitner for either a T or LB.
Kipers Hair Posted October 28, 2009 Posted October 28, 2009 http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2009/...inn-to-buffalo/ With our QBs... I say no but it would be interesting w/ him in our offense next year Yeah!!!! A wide reciever who is afraid to get hit!!! This will be exciting!

Wilson from Gamehendge Posted October 28, 2009 Posted October 28, 2009 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=35fxXOXBrA8 7 recs, for 175 yds??? against our beloved, annointed ALL STAR Terrance McGee! yeah i wouldnt want that on THIS offense!
Malazan Posted October 28, 2009 Posted October 28, 2009 every time you think you've seen the stupid level reach a new high...
BillsVet Posted October 28, 2009 Posted October 28, 2009 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=35fxXOXBrA8 7 recs, for 175 yds??? against our beloved, annointed ALL STAR Terrance McGee! yeah i wouldnt want that on THIS offense! Because one game against an injured CB defines his 3+ seasons in the NFL. Do the research. If Bill Parcells doesn't want him, why should we?
JohnC Posted October 28, 2009 Posted October 28, 2009 Saban didn't draft Ginn, Cam Cameron did. You are correct and I am wrong.
Bills in 20XX Posted October 29, 2009 Posted October 29, 2009 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=35fxXOXBrA8 7 recs, for 175 yds??? against our beloved, annointed ALL STAR Terrance McGee! yeah i wouldnt want that on THIS offense! The travesty of that game is that McGee was clearly on one leg and Jauron hung him out to dry. McGee had no business going 1 on 1 with his injury, he probably should have played nickel at best.

I like Ted. We could do worse.
lets_go_bills Posted October 29, 2009 Posted October 29, 2009 Donte's just running his mouth. It's all Ohio State love. Ginn sucks and always has been a bad pick. Shame on us for making him look good last year, actually made people think he might not bust.
BadDad Posted October 29, 2009 Posted October 29, 2009 Oh hell no. He's a highly paid wide receiver who can't catch the friggen ball. But we already have one of those....
MarkyMannn Posted October 29, 2009 Posted October 29, 2009 I like Ginn. He is a combination of Parrish and TO. Small with bad hands

Which begs the question, with the plethora of DB'S that we have drafted over the past few years, why didn't we take him out and plug in another one?
Sisyphean Bills Posted October 29, 2009 Posted October 29, 2009 Maybe we can trade our 1st rounder for him.
