Is he emerging as an ambassador w/o portfolio, or is he just upstaging Madame Secretary? Or has he reverted to his back bay snobbish self-important self....? His claim to fame is that he lost an election to Howdy Doody. Oh...and that he's the senior Senator from Massachusetts. Of course, it took him 20 years and a dead Kennedy to get there.
