They even come back with some answers that we hadn’t thought of. They have an idea of what’s going on and put a lot of time in just as we do. The best laid plans don’t always go as you want it to go, but they are putting a lot of time into it.” WTF??!!!

Blitzing? 20 yard passes?? yeah cant believe this staff hasnt thought about that yet
Ennjay Posted October 23, 2009 Posted October 23, 2009 "Shed your blocker, and THEN tackle the ballcarrier? Yeah, that's a good idea too. Thanks for thinking of it."

ChasBB Posted October 23, 2009 Posted October 23, 2009 Incredible. This whole staff needs to go. I've got no problem with the players having some input and the coaches listening to that input. The coaches are only human beings. They may miss a detail or two and if the players can point something out, then I give the defensive coaching staff credit for listening.
Acantha Posted October 23, 2009 Posted October 23, 2009 Aren't there legitimate reasons to dislike our coaching staff?
BuffOrange Posted October 24, 2009 Posted October 24, 2009 Aren't there legitimate reasons to dislike our coaching staff? Seriously. Terrible thread.

"They may miss a detail or two...", judging the way the Bills have performed over the years that has got to be the understatement of the century right there.

Justice Posted October 24, 2009 Author Posted October 24, 2009 Aren't there legitimate reasons to dislike our coaching staff? Yes, there are, but do you like the fact that our coaching staff can't come up with answers their own players can come up with? What about the opposition's coaching staff? They definitely have all the answers to our Bills.
Acantha Posted October 24, 2009 Posted October 24, 2009 Yes, there are, but do you like the fact that our coaching staff can't come up with answers their own players can come up with? What about the opposition's coaching staff? They definitely have all the answers to our Bills. I think nothing of it all. It was a random statement talking about how well the defense is gelling together. The fact that everyone wants to pick apart every quote, gesture, facial expression, and bowel movement that comes from this team and find a way to make it prove that we have the worst staff in the league is pathetic and annoying. We have a bad staff because we lose. Can't that just stand on it's own?
BuffalOhio Posted October 24, 2009 Posted October 24, 2009 Aren't there legitimate reasons to dislike our coaching staff? Yes; their won-lost record.

If the players are smarter than the coaches then that's definitely a clear indication that the coaches in place are surely out of place. The coaches are supposed to be there to put the players in the best situation to succeed and it isn't going on here in Buffalo.
Justice Posted October 24, 2009 Author Posted October 24, 2009 yeah, there's nothing to see here. What were you looking for? Some profound, eye opening, jaw dropping deep information? On a message board?? HA HA, some of you guys make me laugh!
Chalkie Gerzowski Posted October 24, 2009 Posted October 24, 2009 what are they, 4-12 in their last 16?
Mr. WEO Posted October 24, 2009 Posted October 24, 2009 http://www.buffalobills.com/news/article-3...41-f9e87df7a194 They have an idea of what’s going on Well, that's good--isn't it?
