Dan Posted October 23, 2009 Posted October 23, 2009 In the past, I've used Camtasia Studio. It's not free, but worthwhile if you're doing alot of recording.

Dan Posted October 23, 2009 Posted October 23, 2009 ... what version do you have ? ... easy ( or somewhat easy ) to use ? !!! ... tom Version 3.1 It's pretty old, but I don't use it that often anymore. There was a time when I needed to make instructional videos. So it came in real handy. It's a breeze to use. Although it's not for super duty video editing, it does a great job of capturing anything you do on your computer. If you resize the recording area, you can record a streaming video off the web pretty easy.
Frit0 Bandit0 Posted October 23, 2009 Posted October 23, 2009 http://camstudio.org/ I still use ... open source and simple
Fezmid Posted October 23, 2009 Posted October 23, 2009 I actually just bought "Replay Media Catcher" from Applian Technologies. I used it last night and it worked great. There's a free demo (only captures 75% of the stream), and if you buy it, the cost is $40. However, if you use the code RAVBB, it's only $25. In addition, they have a 30-day money back guarantee. http://www.applian.com/ CW
