Pneumonic Posted October 19, 2009 Posted October 19, 2009 Tom Brady passed for as many TD's (5) as Trent Edwards has passed for in 5+ games.
HeHateMe78 Posted October 19, 2009 Posted October 19, 2009 Tom Brady passed for as many TD's (5) as Trent Edwards has passed for in 5+ games. Suffice to say, he is no Tom Brady
Sisyphean Bills Posted October 19, 2009 Posted October 19, 2009 Suffice to say, he is no Tom Brady But Bill Walsh lobbied for him.
PromoTheRobot Posted October 19, 2009 Posted October 19, 2009 Suffice to say, he is no Tom Brady In talent or douchebaggery? PTR
The Big Cat Posted October 19, 2009 Posted October 19, 2009 We had that game on in the bar next to The Bills monitor, and let me tell you, only one team was actually out there playing yesterday. Tennessee saw the snow and stopped playing, literally in a couple of instances. Where are all the people clamoring about Jeff Fischer being the NFL's best coach?
Fixxxer Posted October 19, 2009 Posted October 19, 2009 We had that game on in the bar next to The Bills monitor, and let me tell you, only one team was actually out there playing yesterday. Tennessee saw the snow and stopped playing, literally in a couple of instances. Where are all the people clamoring about Jeff Fischer being the NFL's best coach? Literally, did you see the Maroney run for a TD? Maroney walked to the second level, then jogged and then ran for the TD. The Titans weren't even trying. Pathetic.
Thoner7 Posted October 19, 2009 Posted October 19, 2009 In somewhat related news.... Brian Orakpo now has more sacks (3.5) than Maybin does tackles (3). He has been able to do this while playing a rush end (like Maybin), and LB - an area the Bills need help in.
billfan63 Posted October 19, 2009 Posted October 19, 2009 Tom Brady passed for as many TD's (5) as Trent Edwards has passed for in 5+ games. Mark Sanchez threw as many ints (5) as Trent has in the last 4+ games,,,your turn
CodeMonkey Posted October 19, 2009 Posted October 19, 2009 Mark Sanchez threw as many ints (5) as Trent has in the last 4+ games,,,your turn Yeah if that kid is going to survive in the east he is going to have to learn how to deal with cold and wind. He had as poor an outing yesterday as I have seen any starter have in quite some time. It's a damn shame we don't have the Jets at the Ralph the second game instead of the dome in Toronto.
Ralonzo Posted October 19, 2009 Posted October 19, 2009 Yeah if that kid is going to survive in the east he is going to have to learn how to deal with cold and wind. He had as poor an outing yesterday as I have seen any starter have in quite some time. You have watched the Bills for the last 10 years, right?
CodeMonkey Posted October 19, 2009 Posted October 19, 2009 You have watched the Bills for the last 10 years, right? More than that, yes. Sanchez was throwing up more jump balls and bad decision throws than I remember JP or Rob Johnson doing. Seemingly completely incapable of understanding cold or wind. And remember, this was at his HOME stadium!
Mark Vader Posted October 19, 2009 Posted October 19, 2009 Tom Brady passed for as many TD's (5) as Trent Edwards has passed for in 5+ games. And Tom Brady lead his team to defeat against the Jets, the same Jets the Bills beat yesterday.
CodeMonkey Posted October 19, 2009 Posted October 19, 2009 And Tom Brady lead his team to defeat against the Jets, the same Jets the Bills beat yesterday. Completely different circumstances. Good weather that game. Sanchez is capable of playing in that, he grew up in it. Bad weather yesterday made all the difference in the world.
KD in CA Posted October 19, 2009 Posted October 19, 2009 Where are all the people clamoring about Jeff Fischer being the NFL's best coach? Maybe this whole season is just karma paying him back for that fake punt.
CodeMonkey Posted October 19, 2009 Posted October 19, 2009 Maybe this whole season is just karma paying him back for that fake punt. I suspect he isn't doing much grinning on the sidelines these days ... particularly yesterday.
Mark Vader Posted October 19, 2009 Posted October 19, 2009 Completely different circumstances. Good weather that game. Sanchez is capable of playing in that, he grew up in it. Bad weather yesterday made all the difference in the world. So Sanchez is better in good weather games than Tom Brady?
CodeMonkey Posted October 19, 2009 Posted October 19, 2009 So Sanchez is better in good weather games than Tom Brady? No, but Sanchez in good weather almost certainly beats the Bills.
Mark Vader Posted October 19, 2009 Posted October 19, 2009 No, but Sanchez in good weather almost certainly beats the Bills. So we'll have to wait until Toronto to test that theory.
