Rubes Posted October 19, 2009 Posted October 19, 2009 Ran for 267 yards today against the Bucs. Two backs over 100 yards each. Can we possibly give up 300 yards rushing two weeks in a row? 200 is bad, 300 is incomprehensible. And it may happen twice. How did we get this bad?
deep2evans Posted October 19, 2009 Posted October 19, 2009 You know who else is licking their chops? Jairus Byrd. Delhomme should be good for 4-5 INTs on Sunday.
BuffOrange Posted October 19, 2009 Posted October 19, 2009 On the plus side I can finally feel good about starting Jonathan Stewart.
Hossage Posted October 19, 2009 Posted October 19, 2009 We need to put more beef in on obvious running downs.
C.Biscuit97 Posted October 19, 2009 Posted October 19, 2009 We need to put more beef in on obvious running downs. It's tough to add a lot of beef when you have only 2 healthy DTs.
Hire-A-Real-GM/Coach Posted October 19, 2009 Posted October 19, 2009 or the other DTs and LBs were scrapped off a practice squad and/or street

AF88Bills Posted October 19, 2009 Posted October 19, 2009 Ran for 267 yards today against the Bucs. Two backs over 100 yards each. Can we possibly give up 300 yards rushing two weeks in a row? 200 is bad, 300 is incomprehensible. And it may happen twice. How did we get this bad? I've been watching the Panthers the past coupla weeks because my wife's a fan...Panthers are a good running team, but they are vulnerable. Delhomme still has problems with turnovers, and the defense is nothing to write home about. This team is not the same as last year's Divisional champion. The bills definitely have a chance in this game.
pBills Posted October 19, 2009 Posted October 19, 2009 Totally agree. Hoping that the Bills can slow down the run a bit in this game. Putting the game on Delhomme's shoulders may not be a bad thing. We'll see.
John Gianelli Posted October 19, 2009 Posted October 19, 2009 Ran for 267 yards today against the Bucs. Two backs over 100 yards each. Can we possibly give up 300 yards rushing two weeks in a row? 200 is bad, 300 is incomprehensible. And it may happen twice. How did we get this bad? We're giving up 5.3 per carry, and 181.8 per game. Ouch.

How did we get this bad? yea so were the jets .wonder how they and their fat big mouth coach feel today. carolina has no right to be licking their chops about anyone because they are not very good themselves.

Nope...follow the pattern, we are on pace to give up 400 yards this week
manbeast Posted October 19, 2009 Posted October 19, 2009 You know who else is licking their chops? Jairus Byrd. Delhomme should be good for 4-5 INTs on Sunday. Exactly. they have their own problems and hey we are 1-0 when a team rushes for 300+ yards so bring it on.

It also has felt more like Buffalo down here than the Carolinas maybe the cold weather will help.
Frit0 Bandit0 Posted October 19, 2009 Posted October 19, 2009 defense is nothing to write home about. They will get their chance against this offense
Thoner7 Posted October 19, 2009 Posted October 19, 2009 We need to put more beef in on obvious running downs. Or we could cut Ellison and start Harris. Thats a 100 yard improvement by my estimation.
aussiew Posted October 19, 2009 Posted October 19, 2009 We're gonna' beat the Panthers. I know this because I'm gonna' wear my lucky Bills bracelet to the game.
