Simon Posted October 18, 2009 Posted October 18, 2009 which way will we screw up this drive? We need professional help, don't we. Calling Dr Jameson. Dr Jameson to the bar stat!
BillsVet Posted October 18, 2009 Posted October 18, 2009 The Bills aren't actually out of this game. I mean, they are as a practical matter, since our offense is terrifyingly bad, but despite our series of problems, the defense is keeping them in striking range, despite all of its injuries. The Jets are not that good. NYJ talked a lot to that 3-0 start, but I agree. They've got issues, and Sanchez is showing he's a rookie. Ryan could only protect him for so long before he had to make some throws. And he's not making them as much.
G-Daddy Posted October 18, 2009 Posted October 18, 2009 My guess is the bills trusty old holding penalty Fumble by Lynch returned all the way.
CosmicBills Posted October 18, 2009 Posted October 18, 2009 If anyone makes a positive post about Jauron they get ripped apart so don't expect very many Jauron supporters. Brian Moorman is a Jauron supporter fyi. Players HAVE to say they're fans of the coach. I don't doubt everyone loves Juaron as a person. He's a class guy. But this team does NOT support him. If they did, they would be playing better. Instead they are playing like a team that has given up on their QB, their Coach and their season. Actions speak louder than press conference sound bites.
Doc Posted October 18, 2009 Posted October 18, 2009 No matter what Fitz does in this game, it is not fair to judge him. The guy hasn't taken a meaningful snap since last season. So, let's give him a week to practice and we'll see what happens. I still think he will be bad, but can be no worse than Trent has been.... Give Trent a nice amount of time to rest up.
Kiwi Bills fan Posted October 18, 2009 Posted October 18, 2009 My guess is the bills trusty old holding penalty I'm saying we'll have a good ol' fashioned, "Tipped pass - Interception"
Mike in Syracuse Posted October 18, 2009 Posted October 18, 2009 OMG Lynch almost ran his head through Leonard's chest on that running play.
bananathumb Posted October 18, 2009 Posted October 18, 2009 Put Coward Howard or Fairy Jerry in there. They'l turn it around.
colin Posted October 18, 2009 Posted October 18, 2009 WHY ARE WE FCKING RUNING UP THE GUT WITH AN OBVIOUS FORMATION WITH THE FULL BACK RUNNING OUT WIDE EVERY G_DDAMN 3RD DOWN!!?!??!
Nyghtewynd Posted October 18, 2009 Posted October 18, 2009 You do realize that the Bills have had 2 Probowl QBs play for them since Kelly left. Both were run out of town for being the "problem". Big deal. By the time guys drop out with "injuries" and "other plans", even average guys make the Pro Bowl eventually.
davefan66 Posted October 18, 2009 Posted October 18, 2009 Just looked up to catch a look at Fouts, thought it was Merlin Olsen!
Heitz Posted October 18, 2009 Posted October 18, 2009 The Bills bring out the worst in everyone (both teams) Quote of the freaking day... I'm in Orlando watching the game w some Jets fans, good thing we have lots of beers...
Chalkie Gerzowski Posted October 18, 2009 Posted October 18, 2009 gee that was hard to figure out... 2nd and 1 pass...brilliant... 3rd and 1...I don't think the Jets are going to be looking for the run on this play.
Nyghtewynd Posted October 18, 2009 Posted October 18, 2009 YAY! MINCING FRAIDY-CAT KICK FTW! I hate DJ with the intensity of a thousand suns.
