John from Riverside Posted October 14, 2009 Posted October 14, 2009 Well....that will fix everything I am sure.
dhg Posted October 14, 2009 Posted October 14, 2009 http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2009/...huddle-offense/ But it was working so well...
DwightSchrute Posted October 14, 2009 Posted October 14, 2009 I just saw this too....wow. What a mess this team is.
Guest dog14787 Posted October 14, 2009 Posted October 14, 2009 Well....that will fix everything I am sure. Its a step in the right direction.
Endless Ike Posted October 14, 2009 Posted October 14, 2009 Its a step in the right direction. it's treading water in a sea of football retardation
MartyBall4Buffalo Posted October 14, 2009 Author Posted October 14, 2009 Its a step in the right direction. It should help with penalties that kill drives before they start, but the overall play won't improve much. If the bills were smart they'll start playing to their strengths and ride lynch/jackson. Whether we can get those intermediate throws to owens/evans well that remains to be seen.
Chef Jim Posted October 14, 2009 Posted October 14, 2009 Why keep it, they got what they wanted out of it....ticket sales. Some people are so gullible.
Cash Posted October 14, 2009 Posted October 14, 2009 This should help reduce the number of penalties. Might also improve cohesion between QB & receivers, in the sense that they're more likely to be on the same page. Overall, the offense will likely continue to stink (bad QB + bad O-line = bad offense, regardless of scheme), but if this is true, it is a positive move.
DC Tom Posted October 14, 2009 Posted October 14, 2009 Nine false starts against the Browns. Nine. NINE. I've got to believe that just getting everyone together and asking "Does everyone know the snap count?" is going to be a measurable improvement.
Guest dog14787 Posted October 14, 2009 Posted October 14, 2009 Good. A slow-speed no-huddle was self-defeating. Especially if you false start every other play.
26CornerBlitz Posted October 14, 2009 Posted October 14, 2009 It's about time they got rid of the "Let's hurry up and punt" offense. It was just killing the defense. Either way, they'll still suck! Here's to better days ahead (post Jauron, Brandon, et al).

billfan63 Posted October 14, 2009 Posted October 14, 2009 No reason to watch now, I found the no-huddle to be exciting,,,crap
reddogblitz Posted October 14, 2009 Posted October 14, 2009 If the bills were smart they'll start playing to their strengths and ride lynch/jackson. Amen. Why is it so hard to figure out that running the freakin' football is the one good thing we do on offense. Passing out of the shotgun is probably the worst thing but what we do the most. I thought when Fairchild left we weren't going to see the shotgun on 3rd and 2 anymore. I saw it Sunday. FEED FRED
Coach Tuesday Posted October 14, 2009 Posted October 14, 2009 Wow Dickie J really came into the season with a plan to save his job! Man, if this season isn't a perfect script for failure, I don't know what is.
BuffaloBill Posted October 14, 2009 Posted October 14, 2009 Talk about stupidity - glad they did this but they should have thought about it long ago - once again shows just how inept this organization has become.
Chef Jim Posted October 14, 2009 Posted October 14, 2009 See my pre-season posts... Sure, we'll get right on that.
