SuperBills12 Posted October 14, 2009 Posted October 14, 2009 Forgotten in all this mess -- we actually have a game coming up against one of our hated rivals. Can we bounce back somehow and get to 2-4? I'm not overly optimistic, but perhaps the Bills will show up and put up a fight. I can dream can't I?
BLZFAN4LIFE Posted October 14, 2009 Posted October 14, 2009 Yes. We have a legitimate shot at the worst defeat of the season. Dick facing the NY press after the game may be the real entertainment.

Bleed Bills Blue Posted October 14, 2009 Posted October 14, 2009 I plan to have several shots before the game.
cowtippur Posted October 14, 2009 Posted October 14, 2009 I have lost all hope of winning a divisional game this year, unless a new staff is brought in mid season. I don't see a chance of us beaing the Jets, especially after they were shown up on national tv Monday.

I'm not overly optimistic, but perhaps the Bills will show up and put up a fight. I can dream can't I? The amazing thing about this team is our unfailing ability to play to the level of competition ... this is the type of game like NE or NO where we'll play well for a while to make you think we have a chance ... then they'll just rip your f'in heart out ... again. Let's see Rex Ryan's vaunted D got stomped on national TV on monday ... yeah, he's licking his chops here with Trentative coming in ...
BillsFan-4-Ever Posted October 14, 2009 Posted October 14, 2009 On any given Sunday any team can win 99.9999% of the time. (with the exception of Detroit last year)
davefan66 Posted October 14, 2009 Posted October 14, 2009 Even if we had all of our injured players back, the answer would be a resouding HECK NO! No way we win this weekend. The Jets should be able to rush for at least 250 yards, if they choose to rack up the rushing yards.
silvermike Posted October 14, 2009 Posted October 14, 2009 I mean, anything can happen. But I wouldn't bet my lunch money on this one being close.
duey Posted October 14, 2009 Posted October 14, 2009 Nope. In fact, I'm taking the Jets in my suicide pool.
zer0vette Posted October 14, 2009 Posted October 14, 2009 It wouldn't surprise me to see the ridiculous bills win against a good team like the jets... build my hopes up a tiny bit, then smash them to pieces and lose to someone like the browns again later on in the season. LOL
billsfreak Posted October 14, 2009 Posted October 14, 2009 On any given Sunday any team can win 99.9999% of the time. (with the exception of Detroit last year) And Detroit, Tampa, Oakland and Buffalo this year!

Buffal0 Bill5 Posted October 14, 2009 Posted October 14, 2009 I'm picking against the Bills for the first time this year in the TBD pool, so, yeah, they'll probably win.
Endzone Animal Posted October 14, 2009 Posted October 14, 2009 Did the Raiders have any chance at beating the Giants last week? It's really just a matter of whether the Bills are blown off the field by 4 touchdowns, or hang close and lose at the end. Either way, it ends in defeat.
