For years, when I would watch the Bills in a sub-par season, I would hear some of the more "seasoned" fans say "You don't know the first thing about it. I lived through the WORST... 1971, the late 70's, the mid 80's" Now mind you, I was alive for the mid 80's but I was 2-6 years old during the really bad times. I was indeed not around for the '71 season.

 

I just want to say thanks to Ralph for giving back to us younger fans. We can now relate to those who suffered the worst. We now can tell our kids one day "yeah, its bad now, but you weren't there for the 2009-2010 season. THAT was bad."
