Got_Wood
That would be a great combination. Mike's resume speaks for itself, but Kyle appears to be a great up and comer. At a very young age he has already established himself as an excellent Offensive Coordinator for the Houston Texans. That offense has really produced solid numbers since he's taken over. Obviously our offense is in dire need of a jolt, and this could be our answer. And it potentially leaves open the possibility of a successor to the elder Shannahan when he is ready to retire. Just an idea, but I think this is a really attractive scenario.
Got_Wood
I see he was also an offensive quality control coach under Gruden in Tampa Bay as well... http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kyle_Shanahan

/dev/null
Kaley Cuoco and Scarlett Johanson could potentially knock on my door and beg for a 3way I like my chances with them better than the Bills chances with the Shannahans

BuffaloRebound
Schottenheimer and his son are the only 'name' people I could realistically see in Buffalo as long as Ralph is owner.
