San-O Posted October 13, 2009 Posted October 13, 2009 Ralph gave this clown a three year deal last year as we all know after three losing seasons. Who does that, seriously? Answer: Ralph Wilson, that't who. And why? Continuity. Nice job. Sell the team already Ralph.

Answer: Ralph Wilson, that't who. And why? Continuity. Nice job. Sell the team already Ralph. Dick signed the extension when the team was 5-1. He followed through by going 2-8. If Ralph wanted to fire him after the season, he would've had to eat the 3 year $9 million guaranteed contract. That seems to be a point lost on all national reporters. Ralph didn't reward a losing season or 2-8 finish, the deal was already done. As far as continuity goes, after finishing 2-8, Dick has his club at 1-4, right on target! HOORAY CONTINUITY!!!

RW still rewarded a poor excuse for a head coach a big contract. Who's fault is it he didn't wait until further along towards the end of the season, the fans? Or the friggin GM we don't have?

They must have thought that the rest of the league was clamoring to steal Dick from us. Definitely a premature move. But to be honest at 5-1, I was entertaining thoughts of home field advantage throughout the playoffs.

Dick going 5-1 to earn his extention is a cruel joke. How many coaches go 5-1 then forget how to coach? Only in Buffalo. PTR
