( if you google it, it should be easy to find). While watching the MNF game Gruden states that Parcells also has a requirement list for picking franchise QB's (needs to be a 3 yr starter, needs to have 23+ wins, etc) Dear Ralphie boy, Please find a FOOTBALL MAN with a clue, a backbone, and ideas for turning around this F'ing mess or an organizatiion you OWN!

PS- I know Parcells did not invent the Wildcat, but it's innovative to bring it to the NFL level in the modern day. Going after the best players available, then crafting his schemes around them. Wow!
