Polian would never come back so I'm not even hoping.
Doc Posted October 12, 2009 Posted October 12, 2009 God, I wish the SB Bills were built during this watered-down, offense-favoring era of football. The Bills would have won all 4 of them.
Chalkie Gerzowski Posted October 12, 2009 Posted October 12, 2009 I'm glad I was able to see that... Might just have to fire up the VCR and show a game from a real team on Sunday.
ChasBB Posted October 13, 2009 Posted October 13, 2009 Polian's Career: Buffalo Bills Playoffs '88, '89, '90, '91, '92, '93 Missed Playoffs '86, '87 Carolina Panthers Playoffs '96 Missed Playoffs '94, '95 Indianapolis Colts Playoffs '00, '02, '03, '04, '05, '06, '07, '08 Missed Playoffs '97, '98, '01 '09 -- 5-0 so far That's 15 playoff appearances in 22 seasons as GM and soon to be 16 in 23 seasons. Very impressive.

The Bills would have won all 4 of them. Yup those teams that've been winning the superbowl lately have been quite the offensive powerhouses. The offensive juggernaut giants beating the stingy defense of the patriots. Or the explosive steelers offense, with their middle of the road defenses.
