Corp000085 Posted October 12, 2009 Posted October 12, 2009 As much as Jauron needs to go, we need a GM 100 times more than we need a new head coach. Start at the top. Hire a GM and let him pick a coach.
Buffaloed in Pa Posted October 12, 2009 Posted October 12, 2009 With Ralphies cheapness to pay a coach and his age, it will be hard to find a coach to come into this place. A coach would have to consider how long is Ralphie and this team going to be here. The front office is a joke. I see Bobby April getting the next shot. And I don`t think he is the answer either.

ndirish1978 Posted October 12, 2009 Posted October 12, 2009 Our next HC will be Bobby April. Get used to the idea
reddogblitz Posted October 13, 2009 Posted October 13, 2009 Spotted a couple of other prospects patrolling the sidelines in the Monday Night game. Bill Callahan. He took the Raidahs to the Super Bowl a few years ago. I thought he was still in College coaching but I guess not. He might jump at the chance to get a HC spot back with a team that's not all that far off talent wise. Also, what about Brian Schottenhiemer? OC for team that uses it's weapons well. I'd add either of these to the prospect list.
Geno Smith's Arm Posted October 13, 2009 Posted October 13, 2009 Well at least Herm has the right attitude........................"YOU PLAY TO WIN THE GAME" unlike Dick "it's HARD to win in the NFL" Jauron. Herm Edwards is definitely a more animated losing coach. Great emotional post games interviews, lots of inspirational blather. Will that make you feel better? He's terrible and I doubt he will ever get another head coaching gig in the NFL.
Tunis69 Posted October 13, 2009 Posted October 13, 2009 i'll take any coach with a SB At this point, I'd take a coach that has been to the playoffs more than once...
peanuts Posted October 13, 2009 Posted October 13, 2009 I'm predicting Herm Edwards. He's at the right price, has a successful year of coaching in his past, has recently failed with his second team...plus he knows the AFC East. I think that you may be right! Good point.
Doc Posted October 13, 2009 Author Posted October 13, 2009 Hopefully some of the other teams who will have coaching vacancies will go with the "hot" prospects of Gregg Williams and Mike Mularkey.
