Take it easy on the defense

Whatever. You guys are completely missing the point.

First drive for the Pats 3 points.

Second drive for the Pats punt

Third drive for the Pats 3 points

Fourth drive for the pats TD.

What did we do with the ball?

First drive 8 plays punt

Second drive 5 plays punt

Third Drive 2 plays Int

Fourth drive 3 plays punt.

Interesting that we didn't give up a TD until the D was forced to play 26 plays in a period of 5 offensive plays.

YOU CAN'T DO THAT ON THE ROAD!!!

The D got shelled after they gave the O a chance in the first three drives. Think about it two FG'S and a punt and the Bills O gives the D 5 plays on offense for all their hard work. It's baloney.

#1 London Fletcher - I HATE him. he may be a leading tackler. he's also leading boneheaded play-maker.

Ah, but Nick... let's not get drastic here... I remember when we had SS Leonard Smith. He would just "jack up" opponents all over the field and out of bounds... but we loved him... cuz the Bills were winning then. We missed him badly in SBXXVI....we all would have loved to see him lay out the Redskin receivers if the came over the middle...

All is good with "London" Mr. England... as long as the bills are winning.

I still hate him. Even when we are winning. He is overrated and a real knucklehead showoff. He has really weak coverage skills too...

Hey Fletch :I starred in Brokeback Mountain:

You're kidding right? It's their fault they were on the field for so long. Those FG drives were 80 and 90 yards. Make a play and get off the field.

New England's 1st 3 possessions ended in 6 points. That is the bottom line. This against the Super Bowl champs at their place the night the Red Sox carried the World Series trophy around the field. A team that put up 42 points against St. Louis at their place the week before. People here just get too caught up in some stupid # that says we are the #2 ranked defense and that we are going to shut down an offense as potent as New England. Our defense is playoff calibre. Our offense is MAAC calibre with a QB who is Buff State calibre on the road.

The Pats were misfiring early. Its less a case that our D stopped them, than they actually stalled themselves.

Who gives a stevestojan that they only gave up 6 points, when it should have been ZERO and excellent field position, at least on the drive that started at the TWO yard line.
