The Senator
Dam..Girls just wanna have fun. for Captain Lou, part of 80's lore forever I'm sure we all have very fond memories of 'The Captain' that we'd like to share at this moment - like that time when Cyndi Lauper beat the crap out of him and Rowdy Roddy Piper on... 'Piper's Pit' Godspeed, rubber-band-man.

The Senator
He's been dead to me ever since he did that Cyndi Lauper video. You can't be serious - The Captain, Iron Sheik, Roddy Piper, Classy Freddie Blassie, Nikolai Volkoff...why that video is a veritable 'who's who' of WWF glitterati, and probably one of the best music videos ever created, period. Wayne Fontes
Ran smack into Capt. Lou and George the Animal at Madison Square Garden while looking for the aid station (and my ridiculously drunk friend Eamon) around '85. I was rounding the corner in the catacombs of the Garden and came face to face with them in the corridor. I'm 5'11 and went 2 bills in those days, but all I can say is that outside of meeting Larry Playfair at a Sabres softball game when I was 10, Steele was the largest ball of a man I've ever seen. Lou politely pointed the way to the aid station and Steele gracefully moved out of my way.
