(WIVB) - Eighteen dogs have been seized from several Buffalo homes. According to City of Buffalo Animal Control, the dogs were taken in raids around 2:30 p.m. Wednesday. At least four homes were raided on Laurel Street alone, including one from which officers took a litter of puppies.
