jax bill backer Posted October 6, 2009 Posted October 6, 2009 seriously this is a stupid thread but the bills need a 1st rounder to get back into things.. Please I want MCCOY...
jax bill backer Posted October 6, 2009 Author Posted October 6, 2009 you would rather have stinky edwards
bills_red Posted October 6, 2009 Posted October 6, 2009 you would rather have stinky edwards than McCoy in R1? Yea.
jax bill backer Posted October 6, 2009 Author Posted October 6, 2009 do you guys realize that edwards is horrible
KD in CA Posted October 6, 2009 Posted October 6, 2009 McCoy is another Texas big name bust-waiting-to-happen. Pass.
MattyT Posted October 6, 2009 Posted October 6, 2009 He's got a cool name! I like that. Definitely get COLT MCCOY!
H2o Posted October 6, 2009 Posted October 6, 2009 you would rather have stinky edwards No, I'd rather have Sam Bradford
Andrew in CA Posted October 6, 2009 Posted October 6, 2009 Do you think McCoy would have been able to do a damn thing behind that line yesterday? Could Johnny Unitas have won the game behind that line, for that matter? I'll keep saying it until we finally get one: BUILD THE OLINE!!!!

Aaron Rodgers seems to be doing alright behind an awful offensive line.
Sisyphean Bills Posted October 6, 2009 Posted October 6, 2009 Aaron Rodgers seems to be doing alright behind an awful offensive line. Yeah, but he's a California Kid.
Andrew in CA Posted October 6, 2009 Posted October 6, 2009 Aaron Rodgers seems to be doing alright behind an awful offensive line. I agree, GBay would be winning if it weren't for their porous line. Thank you for providing an example of poor line play = loss.
Phlegm Alley Posted October 6, 2009 Posted October 6, 2009 To tell you the truth, I don't like any of the QB prospects coming out of the draft this year.
CFLstyle Posted October 6, 2009 Posted October 6, 2009 I don't think Bradford or McCoy are the answer. There aren't really any quarterbacks out there with a strong enough arm. I would like to see someone out there with a cannon. How did we pass on Jay Cutler?
Thoner7 Posted October 6, 2009 Posted October 6, 2009 A great QB is terrible behind a bad OL. A great OL makes a bad QB above average. OL first. QB second.
reddogblitz Posted October 6, 2009 Posted October 6, 2009 I'd sign or trade for a veteran who has proven he can play in the NFL and commands respect from his team mates and is a leader and try to draft Offensive Linemen if there any good ones available. Drafting a QB is too risky. Remember Ryan Leaf, Alex Smith, Matt Leinert, Andre Ware, ...
C.Biscuit97 Posted October 6, 2009 Posted October 6, 2009 Jake Locker and Tony Pike are the only good QBs in this draft. They would be perfect for Buffalo given the conditions they play in and they need blue chippers to carry them.
