The Senator Posted October 6, 2009 Posted October 6, 2009 In all seriousness, I'd love for Fitzpatrick to prove this correct. I was roundly chastised when I called for this before the Miami game.
damj Posted October 6, 2009 Author Posted October 6, 2009 Yep, and he's also coached a long and no-so-distinguished list of quarterbacks. Oh so you like DJ's game management skills? It's more than just the QB. So I guess that you're content to go 7-9 every year. It's more than just the QB. So I guess you don't mind missing the play-offs every year. It's more than just the QB. Results do count ... or more to the point, lack of results. It's more than just the QB.

It's more than just the QB. Question - do you think it's more than just the QB?
BuffaloBill Posted October 6, 2009 Posted October 6, 2009 I just added my vote - who the heck approves of what he is doing? Even a 3% approval rating is a mystery to me - maybe his wife and kids?

Sisyphean Bills Posted October 6, 2009 Posted October 6, 2009 In all seriousness, I'd love for Fitzpatrick to prove this correct. If Fitzpatpatsack gets out there, I'm sure he'll just be added to the ever increasing list of Poor Dick's bad QBs. Is there any point at which you might consider the coach is involved in what happens?
H2o Posted October 6, 2009 Posted October 6, 2009 I just added my vote - who the heck approves of what he is doing? Even a 3% approval rating is a mystery to me - maybe his wife and kids? Johnathan Scott, Kirk Chambers, Trent Edwards, and Jauron voted for himself because they know if it wasn't for the Bills they'd be counted in with the rising numbers of the unemployed.
Sisyphean Bills Posted October 6, 2009 Posted October 6, 2009 I blame Pats* fans. Bill Belichick probably has interns fighting the tide, now that I think about it...
damj Posted October 6, 2009 Author Posted October 6, 2009 So, it's more than just the QB? Not according to Big Cat ...
BillsFan68 Posted October 6, 2009 Posted October 6, 2009 That 3% approval must come from Patriot/Jets/Dolphin fans
damj Posted October 6, 2009 Author Posted October 6, 2009 That 3% approval must come from Patriot/Jets/Dolphin fans DJ has a large extended family.
The Senator Posted October 6, 2009 Posted October 6, 2009 Just voted and it's still at a 3% approval rating. I just voted 35 times. Strangely, at several points, the total # of votes went down by 20-30 votes. Clearly the result is somehow being manipulated, as - with less than 3000 total votes - 35 votes should have effected a 1% change. Either something is rotten in the state of Denmark, or 'Trenters' has eschewed surfing all the Dakota Fanning sites on his day off, to support his favorite coach.
Lori Posted October 6, 2009 Posted October 6, 2009 You guys are too much. Why, thank you, sir. I just voted 35 times. Strangely, at several points, the total # of votes went down by 20-30 votes. Third option: ESPN knows darn well that y'all are trying to stuff the ballot box, and has put countermeasures in place.
Ramius Posted October 6, 2009 Posted October 6, 2009 Why, thank you, sir. Third option: ESPN knows darn well that y'all are trying to stuff the ballot box, and has put countermeasures in place. If ESPN was preventing ballot stuffing, the approval would be at 1%, not all the way up at 3%.
The Senator Posted October 6, 2009 Posted October 6, 2009 Third option: ESPN knows darn well that y'all are trying to stuff the ballot box, and has put countermeasures in place. That's actually pretty much the same as my first option, Lori. What I'd like to see is a breakdown - actually #'s of yes-votes vs. no-votes - then we can calculate the percentages ourselves. Me thinks ESPN will not allow Jauron to fall below 3% approval, knowing full-well that - adequately inspired - we could drive him down to zero!
Sisyphean Bills Posted October 6, 2009 Posted October 6, 2009 Why, thank you, sir. Third option: ESPN knows darn well that y'all are trying to stuff the ballot box, and has put countermeasures in place. Those bastards are preventing people from voting in support of Jauron!
Lori Posted October 6, 2009 Posted October 6, 2009 Those bastards are preventing people from voting in support of Jauron! Yeah, like THAT'S going to happen.
Just Jack Posted October 6, 2009 Posted October 6, 2009 3251 votes. 3% of that is 97.53 votes. So only about 16-17 yes votes and around 500 no votes since I voted this morning.
The Big Cat Posted October 6, 2009 Posted October 6, 2009 Not according to Big Cat ... Uuuuuh...how did I suggest this?
