Cugalabanza Posted October 5, 2009 Posted October 5, 2009 its not the first time thurman has said this pubically. Paging Dr. Freud... Dr. Freud to the TSW message board...
loyal2dagame Posted October 5, 2009 Posted October 5, 2009 Paging Dr. Freud... Dr. Freud to the TSW message board... whoops, typed an "L" in the wrong place........ good burn though
phypon Posted October 5, 2009 Posted October 5, 2009 Paging Dr. Freud... Dr. Freud to the TSW message board... absolutely hilarious!!
truth on hold Posted October 5, 2009 Posted October 5, 2009 and after he passes theres a good chance bills wont be here anymore. kind of a "lose-lose" situation for the fans
DC Tom Posted October 5, 2009 Posted October 5, 2009 Paging Dr. Freud... Dr. Freud to the TSW message board... Well, right or not, Thurman is kind of a dick for saying it...
birdog1960 Posted October 5, 2009 Posted October 5, 2009 whoops, typed an "L" in the wrong place........ good burn though Don't feel bad . A local accountant put "certified pubic accountant " on the jerseys of an entire Little League team here a few years ago. Still being teased about it.
SDS Posted October 5, 2009 Posted October 5, 2009 Well, right or not, Thurman is kind of a dick for saying it... I agree. Ralph was very good to TT over the years. No need for this.
SDS Posted October 5, 2009 Posted October 5, 2009 Don't feel bad . A local accountant put "certified pubic accountant " on the jerseys of an entire Little League team here a few years ago. Still being teased about it. Our cheerleaders in high school once made a sign for us that said: "Our spirt is sky high!"
stuckincincy Posted October 5, 2009 Posted October 5, 2009 Paging Dr. Freud... Dr. Freud to the TSW message board... Next year's draft...LB Masters and LT Johnson.
pioniere Posted October 5, 2009 Posted October 5, 2009 I agree. Ralph was very good to TT over the years. No need for this. He's just telling it like it is. It's true. Nothing will change until the ownership changes.
Endzone Animal Posted October 5, 2009 Author Posted October 5, 2009 Sometimes candor comes with a sting. That doesn't mean it isn't needed or appreciated...
John Adams Posted October 5, 2009 Posted October 5, 2009 He's just telling it like it is. It's true. Nothing will change until the ownership changes. It's one thing for a coulmnist to say it. OR even a fan. But Thurman's bank account is filled with dollars--and most of those came from Ralph Wilson Jr.
Mr. WEO Posted October 5, 2009 Posted October 5, 2009 I agree. Ralph was very good to TT over the years. No need for this. Past bahvior does not excuse present neglect. Ralph cares nothing about his leagacy or the future of this team. He seems to think he will need at least $100 million to get across the river Styx. He should have sold this team long ago, when he realized he didn't really care anymore.
loyal2dagame Posted October 5, 2009 Posted October 5, 2009 It's one thing for a coulmnist to say it. OR even a fan. But Thurman's bank account is filled with dollars--and most of those came from BUFFALO BILLS FANS. FIXED
DC Bills Backer Posted October 5, 2009 Posted October 5, 2009 Sometimes candor comes with a sting. That doesn't mean it isn't needed or appreciated... Props to Thurman for saying what most people wouldn't. Sometimes the truth hurts.
John Adams Posted October 5, 2009 Posted October 5, 2009 FIXED Nope. That's way wrong. You give it to Ralph. He decides where it goes. You're a fool to think anything else.
dollars 2 donuts Posted October 5, 2009 Posted October 5, 2009 It's one thing for a coulmnist to say it. OR even a fan. But Thurman's bank account is filled with dollars--and most of those came from Ralph Wilson Jr. I seem to remember that while Ralph Wilson had Thurman as his running back, he did fairly well, too, both at the ticket office and in the pocketbook. How beholden to Ralph does Thurman have to be since his last paycheck from the Bills was almost 10 years ago, ya know, before he got cut? Hey, the most honesty comes from the ones we love. Sorry, but Thurm is pitch perfect on this one.
loyal2dagame Posted October 5, 2009 Posted October 5, 2009 Nope. That's way wrong. You give it to Ralph. He decides where it goes. You're a fool to think anything else. WELL, WHEN YOU PAY TAXES, DO YOU SAY IT'S THE GOVERNMENT'S MONEY AT WORK? OR YOURS?
