8 in a row AFC East games, 11 in a row against 3-4 defenses. 10 years with no playoff appearances. Cant even remember the last playoff win. Jauron's 2-23 record vs. teams with winning records here. I believe 15 years since the last Division Title (with most years at 25% odds)

... and the 3 wins? Kansas City, Denver, and Tampa Bay.

There are so many problems with the team, but a turnaround usually gets going with either: (a) a new GM/coaching regime; or (2) the emergence of a franchise QB.

At this point since option (2) actually smells like #2, and there are no franchise QBs running around free agency, evacuating (pun intended) Jauron is the obvious and long overdue choice.

No way this team beats Denver. NOT A CHANCE.

Great post, MRM, but you know what might be lost by some in what you stated?

That Denver team finished 8-8, lost the division and the owner blew-it-up. A seeming disaster on their hands.

Umm, until they started playing the games this year. Where are they now?
