BamBam Posted October 5, 2009 Posted October 5, 2009 Who in the local media is reaching out to Brandon and Wilson for comments about this game, and the state of thier team? I'm not in Buffalo so its hard to know if any of the local outlets are making attempts to get answers from the people that matter....as sad as that may be.
bladiebla Posted October 5, 2009 Posted October 5, 2009 The only answers they are going to get are injury related. Let's face it we played great far into the second game, then the oline injuries started and it's all downhill from there on.
gobilz Posted October 5, 2009 Posted October 5, 2009 Cant reach Ralph at the nursing home for comments.

I think they are too busy attempting to get TO to make a controversial statement; thus, making this team relevant enough for other's to talk about
BamBam Posted October 5, 2009 Author Posted October 5, 2009 I guess its the ol Out of Site...Out of Mind then for Ralph. Literally.
DDD Posted October 5, 2009 Posted October 5, 2009 Cant reach Ralph at the nursing home for comments. Ralph is incapable of making any real decisions. He's senile. Russ Brandon is running this farce. A marketing guy!!!!
Chalkie Gerzowski Posted October 5, 2009 Posted October 5, 2009 Ralphie's at a loss for words... :mumble: http://www.buffalonews.com/sports/story/818002.html

Oh, that would mean they would have to actually pick up a telephone or, gasp, get on a flight to Detroit. That would be real journalism and we can't have any of that. So, we'll just continue to get the regurgitations of the press conferences.
bills44 Posted October 5, 2009 Posted October 5, 2009 "I'm worried about my job," Wilson said what the !@#$ does that even mean?
MattyT Posted October 5, 2009 Posted October 5, 2009 Ralph is probably back home in Michigan wondering if it's too late in his life to buy, and subsequently ruin the Detroit Tigers.
KOKBILLS Posted October 5, 2009 Posted October 5, 2009 Ralphie's at a loss for words... :mumble: http://www.buffalonews.com/sports/story/818002.html I challenge even the Sully haters to disagree with much of that...
Chalkie Gerzowski Posted October 5, 2009 Posted October 5, 2009 "I'm worried about my job," Wilson said what the !@#$ does that even mean? he's thinking the gigantic cash register isn't going to work so well in 2010.
John Cocktosten Posted October 5, 2009 Posted October 5, 2009 "I'm worried about my job," Wilson said what the !@#$ does that even mean? Classic deflection!
DC Tom Posted October 5, 2009 Posted October 5, 2009 I challenge even the Sully haters to disagree with much of that... I hate Sullivan. I can't disagree with any of that. To the best of my recollection, when Wilson starts making detached comments like that, it's time for the coach to start polishing his resume.
ChasBB Posted October 5, 2009 Posted October 5, 2009 "I'm worried about my job," Wilson said what the !@#$ does that even mean? Yes, very odd thing to say. I wonder if it is some sort of a reference to his own health as in he doesn't know how much longer he'll have the capacity to follow the team, make decisions, etc. Hard to say what he meant.
BillsVet Posted October 5, 2009 Posted October 5, 2009 "I'm worried about my job," Wilson said what the !@#$ does that even mean? It means he hasn't taken his geritol today.
Heels20X6 Posted October 5, 2009 Posted October 5, 2009 Yes, very odd thing to say. I wonder if it is some sort of a reference to his own health as in he doesn't know how much longer he'll have the capacity to follow the team, make decisions, etc. Hard to say what he meant. Maybe he finally steps away from football operations....?
Mr. WEO Posted October 5, 2009 Posted October 5, 2009 Oh, that would mean they would have to actually pick up a telephone or, gasp, get on a flight to Detroit. That would be real journalism and we can't have any of that. So, we'll just continue to get the regurgitations of the press conferences. Yes, a newspaper is going to ok a round trip ticket to send a sportswriter to ask an ancient absentee team owner for a meaningless cliche to quote.
Guest dog14787 Posted October 5, 2009 Posted October 5, 2009 Classic deflection! RW is forcing his fans to hope for failure and its BS, this has to come to an end
gus2378 Posted October 5, 2009 Posted October 5, 2009 I hate Sullivan. I can't disagree with any of that. I would not say that I hate him, but I hate when he is right ... and boy, is he right. Yes, very odd thing to say. ... Hard to say what he meant. Well that puts it on par with his HoF speech ... and pretty much everything else he has said in the last decade.
