sjjr Posted October 4, 2009 Share Posted October 4, 2009 After watching this performance today, fans should be frustrated. Its not because the Bills lost, its who this team has become. What the organization has to understand is, this is Buffalo and the AFC East. Its football. For any franchise to be loved in pro sports, its a good idea to put a product out there that fans can identify with. Western NY is a strong, tough, blue collar area. This team is not strong and tough! Today, the Bills just got beat up and basically had to say uncle. The Dolphins just pushed the smaller Bills around all day. Its whats happened in each of the last 8 AFC East games. And when this team gets pushed, they don't respond. The response is to check down, punt, play coverage and concede. To say uncle..... When Trent threw those picks today, he just trotted back with no emotion. I remember when Kelly used to throw picks, he get mad and try to kill the guy who got the pick. Marv would be yelling. Jauron just sits there, no fight. This team needs more tough guys. Guys like Eric Wood, Marcus Stroud, Poz and J.Reed are the guys this franchise should be building around. Not because they are the most talented, but because they have the never say die attitude. Fans need to give this team, this entire season to prove itself, but if this season ends up being less than 500 and the rebuilding effort comes on, then this franchise will get tough I hope.
