HarkinBanks Posted October 1, 2009 Posted October 1, 2009 Dick is supposed to be "coaching for his job" this year (not that you could tell by that decision to punt on 4th and 1). If I was in his shoes, Terrence McGee would definitely be back there returning kicks. Roscoe looked horrible against the Saints on kickoff returns and McGee was incredible when he was back there. If he gets dinged up, so be it. Desperate times....

Heels20X6 Posted October 1, 2009 Posted October 1, 2009 If I was Dick, I'd do the right thing and resign....

I disagree, although as desperate as DJ probably is it wouldn't surprise me, but if McGee goes down with an injury our defense just lost one of its best players.
Cookiemonster Posted October 1, 2009 Posted October 1, 2009 If I was Dick, I'd do the right thing and resign.... Whoa, are you the Fonz? Mabe a little older version of him?
djcalvin79 Posted October 1, 2009 Posted October 1, 2009 Nope.. the secondary has already been ravaged as it is, chancing McGee for a few yards of field position is one level more suicidal than we already are
C.Biscuit97 Posted October 1, 2009 Posted October 1, 2009 If I was Dick, I'd do the right thing and resign.... If you were Dick, your life would be a lot better.
John from Riverside Posted October 1, 2009 Posted October 1, 2009 mgee is already banged up.......that would be a bad idea.
jax bill backer Posted October 1, 2009 Posted October 1, 2009 just put parrish back there. he is not worth anything
LynchMob23 Posted October 1, 2009 Posted October 1, 2009 Parrish is terrible at KR. If anything they should put Langster back there.
Lori Posted October 1, 2009 Posted October 1, 2009 With Lynch back to share the load at RB, might see FJax get some work there.
BuffOrange Posted October 2, 2009 Posted October 2, 2009 I'd like to see some evidence that kick returns involve a higher risk of injury than other plays. Seems like an internet myth based on Jason Seahorn in the preaseaon like 10 years ago.
spartacus Posted October 2, 2009 Posted October 2, 2009 mgee is already banged up.......that would be a bad idea. if he's hurt real bad, maybe we can have him cover Ted Ginn man-to-man, like last time
DanInSouthBuffalo Posted October 2, 2009 Posted October 2, 2009 Parrish is terrible at KR. If anything they should put Langster back there. They talked about that on the radio this afternoon. Roscoe is fine at punts but I hate watching him return kicks. Langster is on the 53 man roster and it's probable he'll dress and someone like Omon won't because of Lynch's return.
buffaloboyinATL Posted October 2, 2009 Posted October 2, 2009 If I were Dick, McGee would be returning kickoffs this week You would also be preparing a statistical analysis calculating the odds of winning a coin toss and practicing saying "I defer".
