Rayzer32 Posted September 30, 2009 Posted September 30, 2009 http://blogs.buffalobills.com/2009/09/30/d...y-report-short/ Don't tell noodle arm Pennington that.
K-Gun10 Posted September 30, 2009 Author Posted September 30, 2009 Ya but how Bills fitting a 2nd yr qb comes in against the bills with one starting DB back there seems pretty even to me.
H2o Posted September 30, 2009 Posted September 30, 2009 No they're not: http://forums.twobillsdrive.com/index.php?showtopic=97458 http://forums.twobillsdrive.com/index.php?showtopic=97372
Lori Posted September 30, 2009 Posted September 30, 2009 Might want to check into those Dolphins injury reports: http://espn.go.com/blog/afceast/post/_/id/...ompletely-blank http://espn.go.com/blog/afceast/post/_/id/...bard-s-cupboard http://espn.go.com/blog/afceast/post/_/id/...n-injury-report and this: http://espn.go.com/blog/afceast/post/_/id/...s-sorry-for-you DAVIE, Fla. -- The Miami Dolphins have been criticized for their unpopulated injury reports. They issued another blank report Wednesday for their game against the New England Patriots, and no injuries to list in Week 12 seems rather dubious. The more we learn about rookie head coach Tony Sparano, however, the more we understand. Injury reports are less a descriptive rundown of injured players than, depending on the day provided, involvement in practice or the likelihood a player will suit up. In Sparano's world, you practice and you play through pain. If you can't go, you're headed to injured reserve. "Nobody feels sorry for you one way or the other," Sparano said. "The Patriots don't feel sorry for us. We really don't feel sorry for them. "So at the end of this if you are hurt and truly hurt, that is one thing. If you are bumped up, nicked up, whatever it is -- there's a pretty good chance there is a lot of people in this league that are nicked up, hurt whatever it is -- they have to play. "So the message is simple: If you want to go to heaven you have to die to get there. If you are in some of those situations you want to get to where you're going to be, well, you got to play hurt."
nucci Posted September 30, 2009 Posted September 30, 2009 http://blogs.buffalobills.com/2009/09/30/d...y-report-short/ They just lost their QB for the year and Porter is hurting with a sore hamstring.
flomoe Posted October 1, 2009 Posted October 1, 2009 The Bills injury report should read: *QB Trent Edwards - "Scarecrow Disease* *Head Coach Dick Jauron - "Cowardly Lion Disease* Something could be said that these are interchangeable but does it even matter if both are unwilling to change their approach
Big Turk Posted October 1, 2009 Posted October 1, 2009 Don't tell noodle arm Pennington that. Unfortunately, Bills usually make 2nd and 3rd string QBs look like all-pros against us, and then they go back to sucking the next 4 or 5 games
Geno Smith's Arm Posted October 1, 2009 Posted October 1, 2009 THIS is what scares me. Even if the Bills beat the Dolphins badly it really won't mean a thing, because a few wins against bad teams (the Dolphins suck, I don't care if they won the division last year) won't change the fact that the Bills are treading in mediocrity with no end in sight.

They just shut down the best QB in the NFL last week.

Thanks for the laugh. You have to wonder what Oz character they would have who is missing their balls?
Coach Tuesday Posted October 1, 2009 Posted October 1, 2009 On defense, need to stop the run and throw some different looks on Henne, plus some pressure. If they don't, they'll lose. On offense, need to establish the running game and take some shots downfield. If they don't, they'll lose. So, there are obvious things the Bills' coaches need to implement to win. So, obviously, they'll lose.

I will definitely take a Bills victory, especially a beatdown, against a division rival, on the road no less. I don't think there's any way you can look at that as a bad thing... you could argue that the dolphins are the best 0-3 team in the league.
