Dan III Posted September 28, 2009 Posted September 28, 2009 Donte will have thumb surgery today.. he is "week to week" Leodis has a broken bone in his foot.. he will "be a little longer".. Per DJ's press conference.
5 Wide Posted September 28, 2009 Posted September 28, 2009 That sucks about Whitner, I really was actually starting to like his game and how he was being moved all over the field. I think i have seen enough of McKelvin for a while though, and really liked Florence's game yesterday.
BillsGuyInMalta Posted September 28, 2009 Posted September 28, 2009 Not that worried about our CB situation, we're stacked pretty deep at that spot. Same goes with Safety...Byrd and Wilson should be able to hold down the fort for a few weeks.
K-Gun10 Posted September 28, 2009 Posted September 28, 2009 It ll be btrd and scott, Scott will be fine.
C.Biscuit97 Posted September 28, 2009 Posted September 28, 2009 I don't think we'll see as many whining about having so many dbs threads this week.
Dan III Posted September 28, 2009 Author Posted September 28, 2009 http://blogs.buffalobills.com/2009/09/28/w...having-surgery/
bills_red Posted September 28, 2009 Posted September 28, 2009 God damn, by the end of the year we will be running with the 2nd team D.
drinkTHEkoolaid Posted September 28, 2009 Posted September 28, 2009 it doesnt matter what our D does if we cant score
K-9 Posted September 28, 2009 Posted September 28, 2009 Florence, who played well yesterday, is looking like a good pick-up now, isn't he? I'm guessing Lankster gets his first action? Somebody's gotta return KOs. GO BILLS!!!
K-Gun10 Posted September 28, 2009 Posted September 28, 2009 I bet with Lynch back fred jackson does kick offs
K-9 Posted September 28, 2009 Posted September 28, 2009 I bet with Lynch back fred jackson does kick offs Hadn't thought of that. Sounds better than Lankster. Just wish we had McKelvin's speed back there. It's more important than ever with these new rules. GO BILLS!!!
Steely Dan Posted September 28, 2009 Posted September 28, 2009 our guys get hurt way way way too much. I agree, it's time to take a close look at the strength and conditioning department. I bet with Lynch back fred jackson does kick offs They had Roscoe in that role on Sunday. He'll probably keep the job and if he doesn't then I'd flip a coin between Jackson and Langster.
DaGimp Posted September 28, 2009 Posted September 28, 2009 Maybe Dicky can showcase his DB skills now
kbuckley9091 Posted September 28, 2009 Posted September 28, 2009 I agree, it's time to take a close look at the strength and conditioning department. They had Roscoe in that role on Sunday. He'll probably keep the job and if he doesn't then I'd flip a coin between Jackson and Langster. God I hope not, Roscoe is too small for kickoff returns. Somebody will break him in half!! What's up with him getting the fumbles all of the sudden?
DDD Posted September 28, 2009 Posted September 28, 2009 That sucks about Whitner, I really was actually starting to like his game and how he was being moved all over the field. I think i have seen enough of McKelvin for a while though, and really liked Florence's game yesterday. Well said. Whitner was actually starting to make some plays. Florence played with an attitude. This looks like it's going to be one of those seasons where everyone seems to get hurt.
DDD Posted September 28, 2009 Posted September 28, 2009 I bet with Lynch back fred jackson does kick offs Put Terrence McGee back there. He was a playmaker before turning the duties over to McKelvin last year
Wacka Posted September 28, 2009 Posted September 28, 2009 God I hope not, Roscoe is too small for kickoff returns. Somebody will break him in half!!What's up with him getting the fumbles all of the sudden? I think his fumble on the PR was from the face mask they didn't call.
Dan Posted September 28, 2009 Posted September 28, 2009 I think his fumble on the PR was from the face mask they didn't call. oorrrrrrr.. it could be because he was carrying the ball loosely trying to make a juke as the Saint defender hit it and knocked it out.
