CBiscuit97, No one is blaming Brandon for the ineptitude of the organization. The issue BillsVet and I are referring to is the structure of the organization. The front office under John Guy and Tom Modrak have done a poor job. They have been the primary scouts for almost a decade, which includes the Tom Donahoe era. Why are they still employed? Where is the accountability. Is Brandon's acting as a true GM who has the ability to hire and fire? I doubt it. Major decisions regarding staffing are brought to the aged owner. It was Ralph Wilson who hired Marv Levy to take over for Donahoe. That was a disasterous decision. Marv Levy said that his role was to act as a facilitator. He said that he wanted to create a collaborative environment. He was more successful in continuing on with the losing environment. The structure of the organization was instituted by the old school owner. It is a failure. It has been a failure for a long time. When you are rich, old and stubborn you do what you want to do, not what others tell you to do. Al Davis and Ralph Wilson are a quarter century behind the times.
