cmjoyce113 Posted September 25, 2009 Posted September 25, 2009 http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2009/...r-the-patriots/ This never stops with Belicheat... every week players that shouldn't be on there. He may as well list all 53. I find it ridiculous that his star players are on the report every week of the season every year.

The so called dynasty is over.
Bullpen Posted September 25, 2009 Posted September 25, 2009 You know how this stops? When players become free-agents start trying to negotiate with other teams and the teams call into question the fact that they've been listed on the IR so consistently while with the Patriots*. Mr Owner: "Why should we pay you Seven kajillion dollars if according to your previous team you are always on the injury report. Seems like we shouldn't invest a large amount of money in a player who is "injury prone." * I know it will never happen, but until the Players Association steps in IF it became a contract negotiation issue, it's never going to change.
BuffOrange Posted September 26, 2009 Posted September 26, 2009 I wonder if Sporano putting zero players on his injury report all of last year was his way of making fun of him.
SouthGeorgiaBillsFan Posted September 26, 2009 Posted September 26, 2009 Does anyone really believe that fudging the injury report gives them any advantage? I suspect it is a practical joke at the expense of people who are willing to think twice about it.
