CentralVaBills Posted November 14, 2004 Posted November 14, 2004 Washington Redskins. One Word.......WOW! Seriously, ours looks like the K-gun compared to Washington. It is brutal!
Thurman's Helmet Posted November 14, 2004 Posted November 14, 2004 Could this be a one and done endeavor for Joe Gibbs?
Thurman's Helmet Posted November 15, 2004 Posted November 15, 2004 Horrible playcalling in AZ too. Cards up 3 with 3+ minutes to play have it 4th and 1 from the Giants 29 and they decide to go for it. Emmit fumbles. Why not kick the FG and make the Giants have to beat you with the TD instead of having to just kick the FG to tie? Cards D has been playing great all 2nd half.

I thought Denny Green was a better coach then that unless there's a problem with their kicker or they were that confident that they'd stop the Giants.
DC Tom Posted November 15, 2004 Posted November 15, 2004 Washington Redskins. One Word.......WOW! Seriously, ours looks like the K-gun compared to Washington. It is brutal! 116432[/snapback] Only offense I've ever seen that visibly whimpers its way down the field. And just think...as bad as that, and they're still not the worst offense in the league.
Thurman's Helmet Posted November 15, 2004 Posted November 15, 2004 What were they thinking bringing in Mark Brunell? I thought Patrick Ramsay did a halfway decent job last year. Now his progress is stunted and his confidence shot. What a trainwreck that franchise is and it couldnt happen to a better owner.
Simon Posted November 15, 2004 Posted November 15, 2004 I thought Denny Green was a better coach than that I get the sense that 'ol Denny is a great coach 6 days a week. But I've seen him really stink it up on some big Sundays. That being said, I didn't think it was that bad a call to hand it to a guy like Emmit to seal a game on 4th/short.
