agilen Posted November 14, 2004 Posted November 14, 2004 Did we want the ravens to win? We've already lost to them, so if it comes down to the wildcard, we'd be in bad shape.
kota Posted November 14, 2004 Posted November 14, 2004 They just gave the Jets a lose. How can that be bad for us?

PLayoffs or not, considering how badly we started the season, I will be happy to finish second in the division. We have a ways to go to get ahead of the Jets, but we can do it!
ICE Posted November 14, 2004 Posted November 14, 2004 We needed the Jets to win IF we had a chance at the playoffs.
agilen Posted November 14, 2004 Posted November 14, 2004 They just gave the Jets a lose. How can that be bad for us? 116321 Because its going to be very tough to win our division, even if we go 10-6...thats more likely going to be a wild card spot. If we were tied in record with the ravens for a spot, then we'd be out, but if we were tied with the Jets, we might not be out. But then again, i still like seeing the jets lose ;-)
YOOOOOO Posted November 14, 2004 Posted November 14, 2004 What we needed was a detriot win today....The Jags at 5-4 woulda been nice...
drnykterstein Posted November 14, 2004 Posted November 14, 2004 We needed the Jets to win IF we had a chance at the playoffs. 116326 Either that or the Jets to have a dismal 2nd half, wich seems unlikely.
MadBuffaloDisease Posted November 14, 2004 Posted November 14, 2004 Either that or the Jets to have a dismal 2nd half, wich seems unlikely. 116363 Doesn't seem that unlikely now. Actually I think the Jets are on the brink of a collapse. Pennington is probably out another 3 weeks at least.
