yall Posted September 23, 2009 Posted September 23, 2009 Does anyone know who runs the "World's Biggest Tailgate Party" in the lot on the West side of Abbott (across from the stadium in one of the official lots)? Is it the Seneca Nation or Smoking Joe's smoke shop or something like that?

Is that the place you guys are playing before the Browns game?
