Beerball Posted September 23, 2009 Share Posted September 23, 2009 We saw time of possession mean absolutely nothing in the Indy/miami game and 3 teams rushed for over 200 (230 I believe) yards and lost. I doubt that there was ever a week with 3 teams losing and rushing for that many yards, but I'll leave that up to the stat geeks. What does it mean? Not a whole heck of a lot...just interesting. If you want to relate this to the Bills...can't be one dimensional against the Saints and just try to grind it out keeping their O off the field. TEN lost despite having 3 plays of 50+ yards by Chris Johnson. DAL lost because Romo threw 2 INTs that were returned for TDs. There are a lot of ways to win in the NFL.
