Lv-Bills Posted September 22, 2009 Posted September 22, 2009 two traffic copter looking, helicopter flyover? LOL. I mean, how cheap did that look? I apologize in advance if they were someone important, but everyone was waiting for a flyover, and it didn't come. Then, it came, late, and when the two helicopters flew over.....(they looked like two copters that you take rides in over the falls or something).....everybody in our section starting busting out laughing.......like......is that all the better we could do. Was there any importance to those?

Was there any importance to those? You know, I wasn't at the game and I don't remember the television coverage bringing our attention to it...that's probably a good thing. Sounds pretty pathetic in a hilarious sort of way. It's odd because we do have the Air Force base in Niagara Falls close by. They could have wheeled a couple of F4 Phantoms out of the hangar for the flyover. They're obsolete Cold War era jet fighters but at least they're jet fighters.
buffalobillsfootball Posted September 22, 2009 Posted September 22, 2009 Thought the same thing. Not only were they late; it was pathetic. I would have preferred no fly over at all and more fireworks or something. Seriously, stop going through the motions and put some effort into the game day experience.
K-9 Posted September 22, 2009 Posted September 22, 2009 Scew all flyovers. Time to bring back the jet-pack guy who used to fly from one endzone to the other at the old Rockpile. GO BILLS!!!

That's exactly what everyone was saying.....with the Air Force Base so close by, why the two lame copters? LOL It wasn't a huge deal, but just funny at how lame it was. Oh well. I'm still laughing at it though.
Hossage Posted September 22, 2009 Posted September 22, 2009 They could have had cheerleaders dangling on ropes from the choppers. Or at least parachuted down some T-shirts for the fans. What ever happened to those inner city beer missiles?
Warren Zevon Posted September 22, 2009 Posted September 22, 2009 What was with the helicopter sitting over the stadium during the 4th quarter for like 10 minutes? That was odd. I know they do traffic, but why was it over the stadium for an extended period of time?
Chalkie Gerzowski Posted September 22, 2009 Posted September 22, 2009 It would be better if they had Ned Flanders over the stadium in an ultra-light with Rod and Todd sharing a side-car. DADDY, WHAT'S A BILL-DIDDLY-IDDLEY?
