sharper802 Posted September 18, 2009 Posted September 18, 2009 !@#$ ESPN. For that matter !@#$ Peter King too. Anyone catch that he moved to Boston this year so he can be closer to Tom Brady's ballzack?
Sen. John Blutarsky Posted September 18, 2009 Posted September 18, 2009 Anyone catch that he moved to Boston this year so he can be closer to Tom Brady's ballzack? It wasn't by choice. The sheer gravitational field of Brady's man area pulled Peter King (and his bulbous mass) into geosyncronous orbit...slightly behind and lower than ESPN's...
Sen. John Blutarsky Posted September 18, 2009 Posted September 18, 2009 Agreed. God forbid somebody is held accountable and is told they need to step it up. How many passes for first downs did Trent drop on Monday? How about Lee and TO? I wonder if anyone told TO to step it up because that first down would have really helped.
Mr. WEO Posted September 18, 2009 Posted September 18, 2009 Understood, but the sad fact is that TE does not display that type of leadership. Who knows how he is in the locker room, but sometimes he should call out sloppy play and mistakes. We do not want a TO/TE war in the media, but that is not what I got out of that interview - just straightforward analysis and "we need to do better". I agree. It is about time sombody on this team stepped up and represented a winning attitude amoung the players. Was TE's game so full of sloppy "play and mistakes" that TO should make such a comment in a press conference after a tough loss? Also, he wasn't making a general statement about the offense. His message was clear.
