spartacus Posted September 16, 2009 Posted September 16, 2009 Mitchell struggled in 2006 as KC's MLB. He ended up in NYG, where they translated his in-line speed to play WLB, which is what Buffalo did with him. Most knowledgeable fans looked at Buffalo's LB depth and saw a severe shortage of talent AND experience. Harris is another rookie, and with as many of those getting PT, it's a gamble to think there will be no issues translating. don't know what the problem is - we still have 11 or 12 DBs on the roster
billnutinphoenix Posted September 16, 2009 Posted September 16, 2009 Mitchell to the middle, Harris to Mitchell's spot. Just MO. I hope that's the plan...
DonInBuffalo Posted September 16, 2009 Posted September 16, 2009 With everybody healthy, when the Bills go nickel, Ellison is the LB that comes off the field. With Poz hurt, Ellison was on the field in nickel and got burned badly for two TDs. The coaching staff is going to have to make some sort of adjustment, either personnel or scheme wise.
