You have got to love how Alex Van Pelt is showing the ability to mix it up and open it up. This is just what the Bills needed and it looks like they might be able to keep teams off-balance with this type of attack. Also, Fred Jackson has been great in everything the Bills have asked him to do and is a screen-pass beast.

Maybe, but he still has a scared QB that is too afraid to take shots. Again....on a checkdown in the 2nd quarter to fred, if he had held the ball one more second, TO blew by his CB for what would have been a long TD.

Did you see Brady in the 4th quarter? Not afraid to take shots, sling the ball and they score twice on us.

We are still held back by Trent.

What game did you watch ? Unless by mixing it up you mean throwing check downs to different recievers.

How does NE* get the ball to Moss so often but we cannot find T.O. or Evans.

I hate watching this team play.

Sure, there is no mistaken TE for Brady (yet), but we should win plenty of games if Trent and AVP build off of this performance. The defense was solid, special teams not so special....

after the TO catch they sent a lot more alex should have called one more screen. That said we should of been running out clock instead of trying to win in the last minute. no problem with lm running it out but fall down when three guys are around you

The Bills gave Moss too much room and he killed the Bills on the slant. NE did a great job covering Evans and TO, which opened up Jackson - who lead the team with 5 catches for 83 yards and a TD.

I expected to see Trent's yards per attempt/completion really low but it was higher than Brady's, so go figure. Need to improve the third down conversions, 4/10 isn't good.

Need to get your "big play" guys involved: Evans & T.O., they're the equalizer. Moss & Welker had 24 catches between them, Evans & T.O. had only five.

right, Brady was 39 for 53 for 378 yards - where TE was 15 for 25 for 212.

So twice as many pass attempts after Brady "warmed up". Did NE even run the ball in the second half?
