Lori Posted September 14, 2009 Posted September 14, 2009 Darin Gantt, Rock Hill (S.C.) Herald: Feeley on his way, after McCown to IR ESPN: McNabb uncertain; Garcia agrees
Captain Caveman Posted September 14, 2009 Posted September 14, 2009 Wow. I'm really surprised about Garcia to Philly. I wonder what this means for Vick's chances of sticking with the team?
Buffal0 Bill5 Posted September 14, 2009 Posted September 14, 2009 Wow. I'm really surprised about Garcia to Philly. I wonder what this means for Vick's chances of sticking with the team? My guess is that Garcia does'nt stay too long, but is just there to help while they overcome some injuries.
DarthICE Posted September 14, 2009 Posted September 14, 2009 Feeley should be allowed to start in Carolina. You want to talk about an organization in total collapse? That would be the Panthers. I don't think a team has made as many stupid / weird moves in one offseason as they have.
BuffaloBill Posted September 14, 2009 Posted September 14, 2009 My guess is that Garcia does'nt stay too long, but is just there to help while they overcome some injuries. Agreed not sure how long McNabb will be out.
Lori Posted September 14, 2009 Author Posted September 14, 2009 My question is, how long is McNabb gone for? Believe Kolb's the only other QB on the active roster right now. No link yet on Feeley, but this via Darin Gantt, the beat guy from Rock Hill: "McCown was going to miss too much time to sit, so the #Panthers are going to IR him. Sounds like AJ Feeley's on his way here." Schefter's also reporting both moves.
Wilson from Gamehendge Posted September 14, 2009 Posted September 14, 2009 They are saying McNabb could start Week 2. It is a broken rib...Travis "I have enough kids to populate a small country" Henry, played with SEVERAL broken ribs...and IIRC, he had like 100+ yards and a TD or 2.
Captain Caveman Posted September 14, 2009 Posted September 14, 2009 My guess is that Garcia does'nt stay too long, but is just there to help while they overcome some injuries. Yeah, but it seems like he would have had more of an opportunity in Carolina after Delhomme's showing yesterday. I guess his familiarity with the Iggles offense had something to do with it.
BillsWatch Posted September 14, 2009 Posted September 14, 2009 Broken or cracked? There is a difference. Many times hair-line fractures or bone bruises are listed as broken and there is a big difference between them.
BuffaloWings Posted September 14, 2009 Posted September 14, 2009 The thing with Garcia is that he'll want to play, so I'm thinking the Eagles think McNabb is in worse shape than they're letting on.
