DaBills51 Posted September 15, 2009 Posted September 15, 2009 The Bills D deserves as much blame as McKelvin...the Pats moved the ball up and down the field at will. Our D was lucky they didnt finish drives our the game would of been a blowout.
Solomon Grundy Posted September 15, 2009 Posted September 15, 2009 Trent needs to learn to fire the ball like Brady. He is still to scared to throw the ball deep and into coverage. Don't dare put this one on Trent!!
mikecole1 Posted September 15, 2009 Posted September 15, 2009 You hang this loss on McKelvin, PERIOD. My question is did the coach tell him to return the kick? My question is did anybody coach him for that spot?
Malazan Posted September 15, 2009 Posted September 15, 2009 It wasn't McKelvin's fault. How does the coach not tell him "what every you do don't fumble, get f'ing down", the fact he was fighting for yardage tells me the coach didn't tell him. The Coach hasn't eliminated his whining about returning kicks. He needs to focus on tackling.
Ned Flanders Posted September 15, 2009 Posted September 15, 2009 I knew about an hour ago, I wouldn't be able to sleep tonight either way... Given the national stage, the Bills coulda made a statement tonight. Instead, they are only what Rocco Mediate is to Tiger Woods.
Buffalonian-at-Heart Posted September 15, 2009 Posted September 15, 2009 He has nothing to do with this loss turd. He has everything to do with it. "hello, bobby this is dick, tell Leo to get down, the only thing that looses this game is a fumble".
lets_go_bills Posted September 15, 2009 Posted September 15, 2009 Trent had NOTHING to do with this loss. He played amazing.
John Adams Posted September 15, 2009 Posted September 15, 2009 It wasn't McKelvin's fault. How does the coach not tell him "what every you do don't fumble, get f'ing down", the fact he was fighting for yardage tells me the coach didn't tell him. First, you don't know what the coaches said. Second, it's not rocket science to stop fighting for yards in that situation! God hates the Bills. Wonder what greeting the crowd will have next week after that debacle.
stevewin Posted September 15, 2009 Posted September 15, 2009 You hang this loss on McKelvin, PERIOD. My question is did the coach tell him to return the kick? Mckelvin is my new most hated person on the earth - right now I hate him more than Coy Wire - and tht is saying a lot.
The Senator Posted September 15, 2009 Posted September 15, 2009 It wasn't McKelvin's fault. How does the coach not tell him "what every you do don't fumble, get f'ing down", the fact he was fighting for yardage tells me the coach didn't tell him. then it's on bobby april?
phypon Posted September 15, 2009 Posted September 15, 2009 I don't like this Fewell defense. I had hope for about a half, but...you knew it was coming. Get rid of Fewell and Dick please.
air2mud82 Posted September 15, 2009 Posted September 15, 2009 Trent needs to learn to fire the ball like Brady. He is still to scared to throw the ball deep and into coverage. You Sir, are incorrect. That pass to TO over the middle between two defenders w/ the game on the line -- money. That last pass to Schouman, money. He didn't have time to allow receivers to get downfield to throw the ball to them on that last possesion and took what was available the rest of the game. Good job Trent. Now lets figure out how to defend the middle of the field and clean up the little things.
Malazan Posted September 15, 2009 Posted September 15, 2009 Mckelvin is my new most hated person on the earth - right now I hate him more than Coy Wire - and tht is saying a lot. I think I hate him more than Norwood
zow2 Posted September 15, 2009 Posted September 15, 2009 They won b/c of brady. He is simply better. He put a couple late passes into seriously tight coverage and his guys made plays. Trent played admirable but he just can't play at that level.
PopUp Posted September 15, 2009 Posted September 15, 2009 Wow-my heart sank within seconds! Back to that old feeling! But? They did it to themselves this time
John Adams Posted September 15, 2009 Posted September 15, 2009 Whoever typed "ballgame" with 5 minutes left ... yeah, I hate you. I typed it after the McKelvin fumble...when we all knew it was over.
Drifter Posted September 15, 2009 Posted September 15, 2009 It sucks. Can any of us really say they are shocked this happened. I was waiting for it since 5:28 in the 4 quarter. It's the way of the Bills.
