This is an absolute joke. There is only one reason any football player would chose to take this product. It was already on the list of banned products two years prior to them getting busted.

 

The league will go back to state court with this.

They have already stated this, this is nothing new. The league says players are responsible for whatever they use and their argument appears to be the league "knew" but they seem to have little proof regarding this knowledge. They also have been presuing lawsuits against substance manufacturer but since this is a very unregulated industry it is difficult as well.

 

If it is upheld Minnesota will have great recruitment tool for players; all of the players with drug issues will want to play for Vikings.
