shrader Posted September 11, 2009 Posted September 11, 2009 The Bills have their problems, but identifying diamonds in the rough really isn't one of them. They were pretty "smart" and did a good job of keeping their eyes open with undrafted guys like Jason Peters and Pat Williams, and some low-round picks like D. Bell and Steve Johnson, in recent years. I'm not even going to bother with the subject of this thread, but I have to comment on this post. Yeah, Bell and Johnson look like solid pick so far, but shouldn't they actually do something at the NFL level before they make that list of yours?
GG Posted September 11, 2009 Posted September 11, 2009 Yeah, let's hear again how Jared Allen sucks for the Vikings.
Stl Bills Posted September 11, 2009 Posted September 11, 2009 Every once in a while when you post I just want to yell "How many Ya'll see a leprachaun?" HA! that sh*t was great.........I had trouble deciding between that guy and for my avatar.
thebandit27 Posted September 11, 2009 Posted September 11, 2009 Yeah, let's hear again how Jared Allen sucks for the Vikings. He's awful. On a similar note, you all are too busy parroting like infidels to understand how amazing a player Constantin Ritzmann really was.
Stl Bills Posted September 11, 2009 Posted September 11, 2009 Who is this (LaDairis) tool? Nobody really, just pretty much the biggest douche bag in the history of mankind, thats all.
ThereIsNoDog Posted September 11, 2009 Posted September 11, 2009 Nobody really, just pretty much the biggest douche bag in the history of mankind, thats all. Oh, that part I ascertained pretty quickly. Beyond that, is he any sort of pro personnel expert? Or just in his own mind? We've got Graham and wawrow posting here, I figure this guy probably has to have some creds to be acting like a Richard.

Ralonzo Posted September 11, 2009 Posted September 11, 2009 What's with all the damn name calling around here? Is everyone a politician here that we can't disagree without being a prick about it? YOU LIE!
Ramius Posted September 11, 2009 Posted September 11, 2009 Oh, that part I ascertained pretty quickly. Beyond that, is he any sort of pro personnel expert? Or just in his own mind? We've got Graham and wawrow posting here, I figure this guy probably has to have some creds to be acting like a Richard. As far as i can tell, he runs a website from his mom's basement and calls himself "The football genius." In his small little "mind" (if you want to call it that), he considers himself an expert.
Miyagi-Do Karate Posted September 11, 2009 Posted September 11, 2009 I'm not even going to bother with the subject of this thread, but I have to comment on this post. Yeah, Bell and Johnson look like solid pick so far, but shouldn't they actually do something at the NFL level before they make that list of yours? True; I just grabbed some easy recent examples. But you can't deny Peters and Pat Williams and a host of other undrafted free agents we've been all over (e.g., Jabrari Greer).
Dark Fan Posted September 11, 2009 Posted September 11, 2009 which would then make the hole at OLG... What oh what should the Bills do about that??? Indeed, while most of you here are complete birdbrained idiots who do not understand the football you watch, some of you do understand and just need to be pointed in the right direction. Films which have the free young healthy smart huge upgrade at OLG... Cotton Bowl = Ole Miss vs. Tex Tech (#50 OLG Ole Miss) Most of the 2008 Ole Miss tapes except Arkansas and two other late games - sprained elbow, in sleeve for 100 grade performance in Cotton Bowl... KC vs. Houston preseason second half (#66 KC OLG) KC vs. Minnesota preseason second half current status - hidden on KC Practice Squad waiting to be stolen like Ryan Lilja was in 2004 by the Colts... If someone with a brain and an understanding of OL talent assessment were to watch that player and notice that he is a First Day caliber athlete with power, knee bend, anchor, outstanding speed, agility, pulling ability... and that the NFL completely missed him because when the NFL watched Ole Miss OL last year, they were watching Oher, and not his OLG... Yeah... Does John Stockton have a son we could put at LG next to D-Bell? We could have the highest scoring o-line in the league or at least run a pick and roll in the endzone... but who cares how sukky the Bills OL is, RIGHT???????????? Sincerely, TFG

At least it's original - and you start off with an insult to msot of the board, which makes everyone think your not an !@#$. Good for you, Dick.

One thing for sure, though, it's not English.
Mickey Posted September 11, 2009 Posted September 11, 2009 Yes, the answers to all of our O-line woes reside with the KC Chiefs practice squad. Actually, can you think of team more likely to put a stud on the practice squad and start a slug than KC?
5 Wide Posted September 11, 2009 Posted September 11, 2009 Looks like he learned the word "assess" today and challenged himself to use it in multiple sentences.
Captain Caveman Posted September 11, 2009 Posted September 11, 2009 Actually, can you think of team more likely to put a stud on the practice squad and start a slug than KC? 1. Lions 2. I get your point, but it's far more likely that they are starting slugs, and have dying slugs on the practice squad. Besides which, getting one guard, even if he is a stud, isn't going to solve all our problems.
