The Bills haven't signed Levi Jones 'cause they firmly believe they have their answer @ LT on their roster. They also believe in Santa Claus. 3. I don't see the Bills moving. I could see them becoming a more regional model (with Toronto), like Green Bay/Milwaukee. However, I don't see them moving. There are too many fans in Western NY that love the team. 4.
