Jauron hired Fairchild. No NFL O.C. experience. Fairchild quit, resigned, left for college, was told he would be gone, knew he wasn't cutting it. Whatever. Two years. Gone. Strike 1.

Jauron promotes Turk Schonert. No NFL O.C. experience, fired after one season. Strike 2.

Jauron promotes Van Pelt, No NFl O.C. experience.

The thing that amazes me is why would a head coach who's not real happy with his O.C., let him put in yet another new offense, the "No Huddle", and run this new offense exclusively throughout training camp and the preseason, and one week before the season opener against a division rival, decide only THEN to fire the guy and replace him with yet another inexperienced guy who has no choice but the run the playbook and offense that was put in and created by the guy you just canned?

Oh yeah, with a completely reshuffled O-line and 2 rookies starting?

What about him? He can’t kick field goals or tackle during a game. Let’s see, what else is there? Block. Tackle.

A trend analysis needs to be performed before jumping to any conclusions. (joking)

Right. Does this give Ralph/Jauron yet another custom made excuse to keeping this staff another season.

Ralph won't dump Jauron 1 year into a three year contract, but he would have no problem saying:

1. We like the continuity.

2. T.E. is about to turn the corner.

3. The O started two rooker linemen, they'll develop and get better.

4. He likes the direction of our new O.C. and looks for improvement and better things in 2010.

5. Blah, blah, blah.

They sold a lot of season tickets again this year.
