Anyone else find the 8 linemen they kept quite interesting. Assuming the starting five are Walker, Levitre, Hangarter, Wood and Butler that means they have 2 back-up tackles and 1 back-up interior lineman. Which gives me reason to believe you are going to see a different set of starters opening day. I think you are going to see Bell, Levitre, Hang, Wood and Walker as your starting 5. This way Butler is your swing guard and Scott is your swing tackle with McKinney as a utility guy. It doesn't make sense otherwise. Why would you leave only 1 backup to cover 3 positions, as Scott and Bell are pure tackles?

With Bell being injured and Butler always nursing injuries the Chambers cut was a bit of suprise. It says alot about the play of both Bell and Scott. I've been impressed with Scott he has some good size also. I would like to see Bell start at left tackle and move Walker back to right, move Butler back to right G, and move Wood to left G. Let Levitre sit for a while until he gains some strength and experience.

This guy would be a good pickup for Buffalo IMO;

Kynan Forney-G- Chargers Sep. 5 - 7:11 pm et

Chargers released G Kynan Forney.

It's a surprise move because Forney was thought to have won the job a couple weeks ago. Now it looks like rookie Louis Vasquez will be the starter at right guard.

I think your starting lineup is what we will see...I think Walker is going back to right with Bell taking over at LT. Wood and Levitre seem like locks at G and Hang is a lock at Center. Butler may start over Levitre, but I think given the OL is going to need time to gel anyway, they would rather get the rookie in their right now as he has WAY more upside than Butler.
