Nervous Guy Posted September 2, 2009 Posted September 2, 2009 And I don't need any advice, thanks. going to the game?
Bullpen Posted September 2, 2009 Posted September 2, 2009 Great thread Jim!!!!! Too bad, I have some advice for you anyway... If you see a Pats* fan or a pink-or-green-faux-distressed-hat-wearing Red Sawx fan, slug 'em right in the junk!
Chef Jim Posted September 2, 2009 Author Posted September 2, 2009 Great thread Jim!!!!! Too bad, I have some advice for you anyway... If you see a Pats* fan or a pink-or-green-faux-distressed-hat-wearing Red Sawx fan, slug 'em right in the junk! Like I said, I don't need advice. Especially that advice. And NG, not going to the game. It's a company trip and that's our farewell dinner that night. Never pass up an opportunity for free food and booze.
Chef Jim Posted September 2, 2009 Author Posted September 2, 2009 Definitely take the duck-boat tour. Like I said, I don't need any advice. I've researched the Duck Tours seeing they're all over here in SF. But thanks anyway.
Nervous Guy Posted September 2, 2009 Posted September 2, 2009 you really should go to the Cape...check out P town...you'll feel right at home.
Chef Jim Posted September 2, 2009 Author Posted September 2, 2009 you really should go to the Cape...check out P town...you'll feel right at home. Thanks but I don't need the advice. I live in SF remember and I know what areas to avoid.
damj Posted September 2, 2009 Posted September 2, 2009 And I don't need any advice, thanks. Oh, then in that case, you should definitely go to the Barking Crab.
KD in CA Posted September 2, 2009 Posted September 2, 2009 Go to Cheers. For only $7, you get to stand up and have a beer in a place that doesn't look anything like the set from the TV show. And you can buy a tee shirt!
Chef Jim Posted September 2, 2009 Author Posted September 2, 2009 Oh, then in that case, you should definitely go to the Barking Crab. Thanks but I don't need any advice. I'm planning on doing an oyster bar crawl on Saturday. Already have the bars and directions set up on Google Maps on my Blackberry.

And maybe smack your forehead with a ball pein hammer while you're at it.
KD in CA Posted September 2, 2009 Posted September 2, 2009 Go candlepin bowling. Then pay your respects to Teddy.

And maybe smack your forehead with a ball pein hammer while you're at it. Thanks for the advice, but I don't need any. Regarding your first bit I'm more of a coke and stripper guy and the second bit...come on man I'm a Bills fan, I'll be getting plenty of that Monday night.
Nervous Guy Posted September 2, 2009 Posted September 2, 2009 While you're on the Cape you should drop by Hyannis Port and pay your respects.
Chef Jim Posted September 2, 2009 Author Posted September 2, 2009 Go candlepin bowling. Then pay your respects to Teddy. Thanks for your advice but I don't need any. I have no respect for Teddy so I won't pay anyting and I've already figured out how to have the most fun in Boston without spending any of my money.
Chef Jim Posted September 2, 2009 Author Posted September 2, 2009 While you're on the Cape you should drop by Hyannis Port and pay your respects. Thanks for your advice but I don't need any. See my post above regarding respect or lack thereof.
Chef Jim Posted September 2, 2009 Author Posted September 2, 2009 Good cause you're not getting any. Thanks. Not that I'd follow any that came from you.
