drg2021 Posted August 30, 2009 Posted August 30, 2009 The Bills defense isn't good, but they're not terrible, either. They play a frustrating bend-but-don't-break style, but they only gave up 10 points on the day. They forced a fumble and sacked Roethlisberger, only really giving it up on one drive. It's the offense that's jaw-droppingly awful - and imagine how much better the defense would be if they could spend a few minutes off the field. Ya Dj and Turk decided they needed to slow down that high flying offense from last year and institute the no huddle.Seems to be working as planned
Lori Posted August 30, 2009 Posted August 30, 2009 Tonight's positives: 1.) I had to work, so I haven't had the "pleasure" of watching the game yet. 2.) Every beat writer in the press box had to be thanking the Steelers for keeping the clock running, finishing the game in an impressive 2:35. 3.) .... umm, let me get back to you on that.
crazyDingo Posted August 30, 2009 Posted August 30, 2009 Here is something positive: The Bills are a far better team today than they will be in 10 years when Ralph brings back Dick as the new GM.
